Returns

• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 2 days.
• We accept returns for unused items within 7 days.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the product is found damaged at the time of delivery, a refund will be issued. However, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video as proof to process the refund request.
